Do you want a one of a kind workout without the sweat?
We offer aqua fitness classes in your own pool. This includes water areobics, resistance training, and in water martial arts. This program is focused on building balance, endurance, and mobility. After you first lesson you will feel the difference of your day to day mobility in and out of the pool. Our instructors that teach this program have a minimum of 10 years expierience. Instructors are skilled in adapting programs to injuries and rebuilding strength.
What you can expect is a program that challenges you each class, with a much smaller risk of injury compared to on land exercises.
