Fatima

Fatima has been swimming ever since she can remember and has done so competitively for about 10 years. Knowing how to swim gave her the opportunity to join the waterpolo team in high school and since then it has been her favorite sport. She played waterpolo and swam at college level at West Valley College where she won the California State Championship with her team. Fatima has learned a lot of technique in swimming over the years and loves to pass it on and teach other people. she says "I think that knowing how to swim is not only safe for everyone but it can bring a lot of fun, like being able to play in the pool, play water sports and swimming in the ocean, which are things I love to do.”
